Cobham is a picturesque Surrey village, situated 21 miles from London by road  (A3) and a 40 minute commute to London Waterloo from Cobham & Stoke d'Arbenon railway station, with Heathrow (20 miles) and Gatwick (30 miles) also within easy reach via the nearby M25

The village high street is lined with independent shops and boutiques, a Waitrose and Sainsbury's along with numerous restaurants, including the recently opened Ivy Brasserie. A farmers market offering local produce is a regular feature of village life

Families are drawn to the area for both the range of nearby schools, including ACS International, Reeds, Parkside, Feltonfleet, Notre Dame and Danes Hill and the wide range of recreational facilities available in the area including football, rugby, cricket, tennis, squash, lacrosse, netball, golf, yoga, cycling, horse riding and paintballing
